1. Information we collect

When you create an account, we collect your email address, name, and authentication credentials. When you use PenSow, we store the briefs you submit, the documents you generate, and metadata such as document type, timestamps, and usage counts.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to provide and improve PenSow, process payments, send transactional and account-related emails, and enforce plan limits. We do not sell your data or use the content of your documents to train AI models.

3. AI processing

Briefs and document content are sent to third-party AI providers solely to generate your requested output. These providers process the data under their own confidentiality and data-retention terms and do not retain it for training.

4. Data storage and security

Data is stored encrypted at rest and in transit. Access is restricted by row-level security policies — only you can see your documents unless you explicitly share them via a share link.

5. Sharing

Documents you choose to share via a share link can be accessed by anyone with that link (and password, if you set one). You can revoke sharing at any time from the document settings.

6. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers; we only retain a Stripe customer ID and your current subscription status.

7. Your rights

You can export, edit, or delete your documents at any time. To delete your account and all associated data, email support@pensow.com.
