Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using PenSow, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. One person per account; team plans allow multiple seats.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use PenSow to generate unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or harmful content; to attempt to reverse engineer the service; or to abuse rate limits or quotas. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the briefs you submit and the documents you generate. You grant PenSow a limited license to process that content solely to provide the service.
5. AI-generated output
PenSow produces drafts using AI. You are responsible for reviewing every document before relying on it commercially or legally. PenSow does not provide legal, financial, or professional advice.
6. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
7. Plan limits
Each plan includes a monthly document quota and rate limits. Exceeding limits may pause document generation until your next billing period.
8. Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms. On termination, your data may be deleted after a short grace period.
9. Disclaimer and liability
PenSow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice.
